Okay, people have been complaining to me vigorously about the style of moderation in this place, so I've made a few changes.

1. Admins, as always, moderate everything.
2. Global mods shall have rule over Bugs, Off-topic, and Arts, and the other forums that are unstaffed, in case of a spam attack or something.
3. Moderators will be the so-called "experts" for each hacking section, as well as be the voice for the hacking factions.

Hopefully, this should clear up the confusion as to who does what around here. As always, comments/criticisms/objections/observations are welcome.
