WSIWYG is stupid. Empty WSIWYG is stupid.

Is it possible to turn off the WSIWYG in the post fields? It's really getting on my nerves.

Actually, yes it is, very. I didn't know it had the potential to be annoying. You can turn it on and off via the (now not red by default) button at the end of the top row of options. I'll go ahead and deactivate WYSIWYG mode in the message editor by default.
